Retail FM's are in charge of general maintenance including electrical, mechanical, maintenance, energy management, custodial, fire protection, technical, project management, safety and building renovation services. FM's are faced with trimming budgets, time constraints, and developing cost saving ideas to save money. This forum is a vehicle to share ideas, knowledge, and communicate with peers on any questions you may have in your day to day responsibilities.

You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribe to GeneralMaintenance by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. Once confirmation is received, your request will be held for approval by the list moderator. You will be notified of the moderator's decision by email. This is also a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator.
